Loan Contract; update heading to fix spelling mistake

The sample Loan Contracts had a spelling mistake in the heading "WHAT COULD HAPPENED IF YOU FAIL TO MEET YOUR COMMITMENTS" - HAPPENED should be HAPPEN.
