Secured Signing Electronic Signature service: added Authentication Type Smart Tag

The Secured Signing Electronic Signatures Authentication Type option is now supported. Options are specified by the constant "SecuredSigningUseAuthType".

Valid options are:

• code
• pwd
• sms
• idv
• kba

plus some combinations, e.g. sms+idv

Note that the KBA option is only available for US Accounts and to US citizens.
