External Party; Cannot open form if there is no default Manager defined

The External Party form will not open if there is no default Manager defined. The following message is displayed "Validation of External Parties failed. Default Client Manager is not defined in Global Settings or User Preferences and the current User is not a Manager. This is required when creating the associated Client when a new External Party is saved.".

This restriction has been removed.
