APLYiD Verification; HTML Widget; Custom Reference field

The APLYiD Individual Verification HTML Widget has been expanded to provide a reference field that can be used to enter a user-specified reference value for an enquiry. It is optional and a system-generated reference will be created if none is provided by the user.

This matches the Reference functionality found in finPOWER Connect's APLYiD Verification Enquiry page.
