Portals; MFA; When using "Create Emergency Code" for a Client, clarify the message
When a Portal is configured to use MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication), the ability to generate a "Emergency" code is available from the Client form, Web Access page.
For example, a Client may attempt to sign in to the Portal but not receive an Email or SMS containing their MFA code. In this instance, the Client can contact the finance company and someone can generate them an emergency code to enter using the "Create Emergency Code" button.
If the Portal, on the Security page, is configured to allow the Client to sign in using "Client Id or Web User Id" then generation of an emergency code is dependent on whether the Client was using their Client Id or Web User Id to sign on. Therefore, when generating an emergency code, the User is prompted as to which method the Client was using. This message box was a little easy to overlook or misread and has been clarified.
Also, if the Portal, on the Security page, is configured to for "Web User Id is Email for Password Reset and MFA?" then this choice is no longer given to the User since the Client must have been using their Web User Id.
