Workflows; Security Enquiry item drilldown form does not default the Branch

The Security Enquiry item drilldown form for a Workflow Item does not default the Branch. If using Cost Centres, this may mean an incorrect Cost Centre may be allocated to the Security Enquiry if the User does not enter the correct Branch.

Note, to support this a new Business Layer function has been added:

• finCostCentreFunctions.GetDefaultBranchId
