Client SMS Documents; fails to send where Phone Number is invalid

Client SMS Documents fail to send where the Phone Number is invalid. When sending the following error is displayed "Failed to send SMS via Message Recipient. Failed to send SMS. Invalid Recipient Phone Number. Invalid Phone Number.".

A change has been made to validate the Phone Number. If it is invalid or can be determined to not be a mobile Phone Number the "Include" column will be unchecked, meaning it will not be sent.

NOTE: In addition the Phone Number displayed will be cleansed and appear in a standardised form. This change also applies to Account SMS Documents.
