Users form; Web Access page; Large gap above User Defined parameters

A large gap appears on the Users form, Web Access page if finPOWER Connect Cloud is NOT configured to use "Device Authorisation" on the "Multi-Factor" page.

This space would otherwise have been occupied by an "Authorised Devices" section.
