Credit Bureau; Centrix NZ; NameMatchInsolvencies replaces NameOnlyInsolvencies

The Centrix NZ Credit Bureau enquiry has been upgraded to support "Name Match" Insolvencies. This replaces "Name Only" insolvencies; it returns all the same information plus additional data describing the match level.

The Centrix NZ Report has been changed to show Name Match Insolvencies when they are included in an enquiry. It will continue to show Name Only Insolvency information for historical enquiry records. The new Name Match Insolvency section in the report adds the additional Match Level information.

The Centrix Credit Enquiry Options page and the Cost Centre Default Options page has been updated to show prompts for "Name Match Insolvencies" rather than "Name Only Insolvencies".
