Account Interest Payouts; All Interest Payouts flagged as "Processed", even if not included
Any Accounts in the Interest Payouts process which were set to not Include were being automatically set to Processed after the Process Interest Payouts wizard had completed. This was incorrect, and now only items which are set to include are flagged as Processed.
This was more of an issue in the Business Layer, whereby the "finAccountInterestPayout.Processed" Property may have been incorrect if the item had been excluded. Additionally, when displaying the Status Message (known in the Business Layer as "finAccountInterestPayout.InvalidMessage") it would always be forced to say "Processed" even though it may have not been processed and, more importantly, may have had an actual warning message which prevented the Account from being included. This, however, would have only been the case if the ExecuteCommit() Process had already been run.
