HTML Widgets; NZBN Organisation Enquiry; "NZCO Entity Role Search" Product not validating the Cost Centre

Cost Centre validation for the "NZCO Entity Role Search" Product was being skipped, which meant that a Cost Centre with credentials configured, but the "Enabled Credit Enquiry' check box was unchecked it was possible to process the Credit Enquiry.

This behaviour was incorrect and has now been updated so that all products (including "NZCO Entity Role Search") is now correctly verified.

Note: The Cost Centre validation occurs on the Options page, immediately prior to executing the Credit Enquiry.
