Account Application Sample; HTML Widget compile errors fixed

The HTML Widget supplied with the Account Application Sample (shipped with finPOWER Connect) was not compiling, and therefore could not be run.

This has been fixed, and now the sample can be used again.

Note: The latest version of the sample package will need to be imported before the HTML Widget will work correctly again. This can be found in the finPOWER Connect installation directory: "\...\Templates\Sample Scripts\HTML Widgets\Package_LoanApplicationSample1.xml"
