HTML Widgets; Comma-separated list containing single quotes (apostrophes) may corrupt the dropdown list

If an information list contained an item with an apostrophe, e.g. "O'Dowde", this may have caused the dropdown list to be corrupted, and run all items after this into a single item.

This only happened in finPOWER Connect Cloud; not when running the widget from within finPOWER Connect desktop.
