Client Identification; Clicking Edit button may lose Reference Designation and Issuer values

When editing a Client Identification item via the Edit button at the bottom of the drilldown form the Reference Designation and Issuer values may be lost.

This occurs if there is an Information Lists defined for Issuer or Reference under the Identification Type.
