APLYiD Credit Bureau service; added option for User to specify a Reference

The APLYiD service now includes an option for the User to specify a Reference.

Typically this would be left blank and the Reference would automatically default to the Client, as in the text "Client [ID]", where "[ID]" is the Client's code, for example, "Client C10000".

The Summary Page now includes the Reference and External Id (previously Reference).

Note; The Reference is shown in the APLYiD Web Portal.

The Reference can also be used to access Test Cases provided by APLYiD.
