Client Connect Sample Portal; Accounts can now be hidden by Account Ledger

Accounts can now be hidden from the Client within the Portal by Account Ledger.

This can be done by specifying a CSV list of Account Ledgers to exclude in the Portal Configuration utility, Page Settings, Accounts, "Exclude Account Ledgers".

If an Account has an Account Ledger which matches any values in this list, it will not be displayed or accessible by the Client within the Client Connect Sample Portal.

Note: You cannot exclude Accounts which have a blank Account Ledger.
