Document Manager; changing Account, Client etc code now fails if Document Files can't be moved

When changing the code of an Account, Client etc, the folder Document Files are located in is renamed.

Previously, if this failed there was no warning - the Account, Client etc is saved but the folder is left as is, i.e., not renamed. This means the files are now longer shown in the Files page.

This behaviour has changed, now if the folder cannot be renamed the save fails.

Note, this applies to the following record types:

  • Account
  • Account Application
  • Client
  • Security Statement
  • User
