New Account Wizard; Name Page; Policy Type was not displaying Information List drilldown for Administrators

The "Policy Type" Combo Box on the "Name" page of the New Account wizard was not configured correctly as an Information List control. The result of this was that Administrators did not get the Information List shortcut button to the right of the Combo Box.

This has been fixed, and now the Policy Type behaves correctly as an Information List Combo Box.
