Security Enquiry; InfoAgent Australia; State default behaviour enhanced

The State default population behaviour when running an InfoAgent Australia Security Enquiry has been enhanced. For ad-hoc enquiries the default State from the Cost Centre options is used to populate the wizard. For enquiries based on Security and Collateral Items the State is whatever is defined on the item.

NOTE: If VIN is defined on the item, then Plate and State are not populated.
