HTML Widgets; Security Statement Item; "Product Type Id" Parameter now accepted to limit Security Types

The Security Statement Item HTML Widget will now restrict the available Security Types by Product Type if running from the context of the New Account HTML Widget. This means that for New Accounts, or editing existing Quote Accounts, the available list of Security Types will only be the ones allowed by the Product Type.

Due to this, the Security Statement Item HTML Widget now accepts the additional parameter, Product Type Id.

Note: For existing Security Items, their Security Type will always be available as it had been saved previously with this value. This prevents data loss in the event that the allowed Security Types have been changed for a Product Type with existing Accounts with Security.
