HTML Widgets; Run Account Processes; Deposit Interest Transaction Process To Date was not switched to read-only when unchecked

If licenced for Deposit Accounts, unchecking the "Interest Transactions?" checkbox in the Deposits section of the Run Account Processes HTML Widget did not set the corresponding "Process to" date box to read-only.

This has been fixed, and now the date box behaves as expected.
