Debug Watch and Script Condition Builder forms no longer show Business Layer help topic

The WebView2 control (now used instead of the original Internet Explorer-based WebBrowser control) is unable to show pages of a CHM file. This functionality was used in the "Rule Condition Builder" and "Debug Watch" forms to show a Business Layer help topic within finPOWER Connect. Unfortunately, this functionality is no longer available however, the ability to open the Business Layer Help to the correct topic still works as expected.

The following forms have been updated:

Rule Condition Builder

• Right-hand pane showing business layer help has been removed
• "Show Help" checkbox removed
• Buttons below tree view have updated tooltips

Debug Watch form

• Bottom pane showing business layer help has been removed
• Button below tree view has updated tooltip
