Bank Accounts; Outwards Payment Method "Combine Interest Payouts" has incorrect caption

An outwards Payment Method on a Bank Account has an option to indicate whether Interest Payouts are combined where the 'Main' Client is the same.

This was incorrectly captioned as "Combine Interest Payments for the same 'Main' Client?" - it has been corrected to "Combine Interest Payouts for the same 'Main' Client?".

In addition this option was shown for outwards Payments Methods regardless of whether or not you are licensed for Deposit Accounts. It now only shows if licensed for Deposit Accounts.
