Account/ Client forms; Alert Message now respects the Information List's Mandatory setting
On the Account and Client forms there is an Alert Message that can be entered. This is backed by an Information List, "AccountAlertMessages" and "ClientAlertMessages" respectively.
By design, the mandatory setting of the Information List was not respected, i.e. it was always not mandatory.
This has been changed, so the Information List can now make the field mandatory.
WARNING: This is noted as a breaking change as if the Information List is currently set as mandatory the field will automatically be mandatory and the Account or Client cannot be saved in the User Interface without a value being entered.
