Service Log form; several enhancements

Several enhancements have been made to the Service Log form.

These include:

• Linked Logs page
• New "Id" column shows the related Account, Client etc code.
• Added option to save grid defaults.
• Add Linked Log.
• New warning if already linked to a Log.
• E.g. when adding a link to a Client if there is an existing Client Log the User will be warned and can cancel adding the Log.

• Enhance Service Log page; e.g. for Credit Enquiry
• As per above, when Adding a Linked Log.
• New warning if already linked to a Log.
