HTML Widgets; Account Disbursement; Incorrectly ignoring "Account.Commissions.Add" Permission Key
If the User had the following Permissions set:
- Account.Disbursements.Add - Deny
- Account.Commissions.Add - Allow
Then they were incorrectly denied access to add a new Commission-type Disbursement.
This has been fixed, and now the User will get the error "You do not have permission to add Disbursements." only if they do not have the "Account.Disbursements.Add" and "Account.Commissions.Add" Permissions.
