Investment Income Report Export; RWTD could incorrectly appear in the files to generate list

RWTD is only available as an exportable option if there is at least one Account Type configured as "Interest is from Dividends". However, in a database which does not meet this condition, the RWTD file would be included in the "The following files will be generated" section of the form, even though the checkbox to include it was correctly hidden.

This has been fixed, and now there will be no references to RWTD if the database is not configured for it.
