Taskpane Shortcuts; HTML Widgets which are now dragged and dropped are added as HTML Widget Script Types

Previously, dragging and dropping an HTML Widget as a Taskpane Shortcut (and selecting "Yes" to the prompt to run) would create a "Script" type Application Shortcut. This has been updated to create an HTML Widget type Application Shortcut instead.

Additionally, the prompt asking the User if they would like the Shortcut to launch the Script / HTML Widget or add a link to the Scripts form has also been enhanced to include the Script Type in the message.

Note: When the system creates the HTML Widget Application Shortcut, it will have no Start-up Parameters. Once the Shortcut is created, it is expected that the User then edits the Application Shortcut to enter any Start-up Parameters if required.
