Form Details; added Action Availability information for Accounts
To assist understand why form actions are not enabled a new section "Action Availability" has been added to Form Details. This can be found by right-clicking the Form tab, pointing to Special and clicking Form Details.
This will show a list of items, whether they are available and if not a reason why. For example, "Can post Transaction Withdrawals" might note "Cannot post transactions to an Account with a status of 'Closed'." for a closed Account.
In addition, the Actions table includes an "Availability" column which also includes this information.
NOTE: At present this feature is only available for the Account form and for some actions.
