Decision Cards; Options page; Information displayed next to Script Language when C# (C Sharp) is not available

Decision Cards can use either Visual Basic or C# as their Scripting language.

However, if the Decision Card is using Rules (i.e., the Basis on the General page is "Rules" or "Script with Rules"), Visual Basic must be used since expressions entered against Rules are in Visual Basic format.

A warning message is now displayed to the right of the Language on the Options page to clarify this.
