"Single Transaction Entry allowed?" option added to Transaction Type Admin Library

The Transaction Types Admin Library has been updated to support a new option "Single Transaction Entry allowed?". Initially, this only applies to the Account Transaction HTML Widget (which has also been updated) and controls which Transaction Types can be selected from the drop-down list. This means that the HTML Widget no longer relies on the "Transaction Entry allowed?" checkbox, which was designed more so for the bulk Transaction Entry wizard.

The new option can be found on the "Other" page of the Transaction Types form.

It is also available from finTransactionType and finTransactionTypeRO as the Property "AllowTransactionEntrySingle".
