HTML Widgets; PPSR NZ Search; Date of Birth not defaulting correctly if none recorded

The PPSR NZ Search HTML Widget was not defaulting the date of birth control correctly if the selected Client did not have a date of birth saved. Instead of displaying a blank control, it would appear as 01/1/1.

This has been fixed, and now the control appears as blank if no date of birth is saved against the Client record.
