HTML Widgets; New Account; Retrospectively adding a Promotion did not re-default Financial Information

If the Promotion was changed after already visiting the "Financials" page of the New Account HTML Widget, the defaults for the new Promotion (or default, if cleared) was not being automatically set the next time the "Financials" page was visited.

For example, if the Account Type default was no Interest Free period, and then a Promotion was selected with an Interest Free period, the "Financials" page was not automatically reflecting this.

This has been fixed, and now the "Financials" page will recalculate accordingly based upon the selected Promotion (or Account Type default, if no Promotion has been selected).
