Application Shortcuts; Task Pane Item form now allows entry of Start-up Parameters for HTML Widgets

The Application Shortcut form (accessed when adding an item to a Users' Shortcut pane) allowed HTML Widgets to be selected using the "Show an HTML Widget" Radio Button. However, it did not allow for entry of Start-up Parameters, and depending on the HTML Widget this may have meant that it did not run as intended.

Now, if the selected option is "Show an HTML Widget", and the selected Widget has Start-up Parameters, then the User may now specify these Parameters.
