Global Settings; Tasks & Workflows; General; Options to exclude or limit Closed Accounts from Monitored Accounts folders

Monitored Accounts Filter Task Manager folders cause the Task Manager to load ALL monitored Accounts, regardless of whether they are Closed or not.

This can cause performance issues (and also clog up the folders) on databases where Accounts are not Archived and their Monitor Categories are not cleared when they are closed.

New settings on the Global Settings form, Tasks & Workflows group, General page allow Closed Accounts to be excluded or, excluded if they were closed within a certain number of days of the Task Manager's date (generally today).

There are separate settings for Closed, Declined and Unwanted Accounts and by leaving these fields at zero (or blank), no number of days filter will be applied, e.g., all "Declined" Accounts will be included.

The number of days can be between 0 (no date filter will be applied) and 365 for each of these settings.

WARNING: This changes the default behaviour of Monitored Accounts folders. Any Accounts closed more than 90 days ago will now NOT be included.

To retain the pre-3.04.04 behaviour, check the 'Include Closed (including Declined and Unwanted) Accounts" checkbox and clear the values in the 3 fields below.
