Read-Only Database; can perform updates and other actions on Bank Account and Credit Enquiries

In a Read-Only Database you can perform updates and other actions on Bank Account and Credit Enquiries by clicking on the action buttons in the Summary Page.

This should not be allowed.

Note, although the actions are still available they will now error with "The database is Read-Only.". Note, Verify actions in the Cost Centre form will still work.
