Test Mode; update to Window Title, Background Colour and added warning upon login
When logging into a Database when the User is in Test Mode (not Forced Test Mode) the following changes have been made:
- Window Title shows "TEST MODE"
- Background colour is vivid Pink.
- A warning "WARNING: Currently in Test mode." is shown and the User must click OK.
If in Forced Test Mode the existing warnings are given, so no change.
