Accounting Ledgers; when cancelling an Accounting Ledger you can now specify the date of cancellation

When cancelling Accounting Ledgers you can now specify the cancellation date.

After clicking "Cancel" a simple dialog prompts for the date of cancellation, defaulting the current date.

Note, the date can be on or after the start date of the Account through to the end of the next month.
