HTML Widgets; Account Withdrawal; Withdrawal error was being returned when in Refund mode
If attempting to process a refund for an Account where the Account Type dictated that withdrawals were not allowed, an error would be returned. This was incorrect and has been fixed as Withdrawal validation should only apply to Withdrawals, not Refunds.
