Reporting; Branch Details Report; Messaging tab added as well as other enhancements

The following enhancements have been made to the Branch Details Report:

• "Messaging" tab has been added (if licenced for Entities) which displays the Global Signature or Disclaimer to appear at the bottom of emails.
• Parameter order has been updated to reflect the order of the pages within the Branch Admin Library.
• The "Contact" parameter has been updated to "Contact Method"
• "Logo File 2" has been added to the General block.
• The "Resources for this Branch." section has been added to the General block.
