Client Connect Sample Portal; Messages; Added ability to attach files during a conversation thread

If the database is configured for the Document Manager (and file upload is allowed), the Client Connect Sample Portal now supports attaching a file during a conversation thread, not just when starting one.

This allows for additional files to be attached during the same conversation thread.

Additionally, previously obsoleted Functions have been updated to their new replacements.

The following Portal has been updated:
