Client Employments; Client Occupation could default incorrectly for a Linked Client in the Client Occupation form

When adding a new Linked Client, it was possible for the Client Employment wizard to retrieve the Occupation from the Linked Client, even if it had been previously overridden.

This has now been fixed, and if the Occupation has been overridden on the Client Employment, this is what will be used.
