Portals; 401: Not Authorised error page now displays a nicer looking session timeout form where possible

When a User/ Client's session expired on a Portal and they attempted to load another page, one of two things would happen:

1. The browser returns to the sign in form
2. A "401: Not Authorised" page is displayed

This behaviour has been changed so that now, a "401: Not Authorised" page is always displayed (unless the page was being loaded into a modal form) but this is immediately overlayed with a nicer looking message box "You have been signed out due to inactivity!".
