Portals; Theme; Entering an invalid HTML colour displays a modal Trace alert message box

Entering an invalid HTML colour such as "#" as one of the Theme Colours on the Theme page of the Portals form was displaying a modal Trace alert message box.

This message is intended to alert the User that an LESS stylesheets in their Portal have failed to parse correctly.

The trace message is now displayed as a non-intrusive notification alert.
