HTML Widgets; New Account wizard; Updated to be more usable on small mobile devices
The Financial page of the New Account wizard and the corresponding widget.UI.AccountFinancial control have been updated so their formatting is more usable on small device such as phones.
The CSS flexbox model is now used and, when the screen is small, the page is divided vertically into 3 panels ensuring that the Standard Transactions grid and the Summary are both visible.
The following HTML Widgets have been updated:

NOTE: This is flagged as a breaking change since the effect of these changes on any other HTML Widgets using the widget.UI.AccountFinancial control is unknown.
