Bulk SMS confirmation message; inconsistent with number of messages being sent

When executing a bulk SMS document with duplicate SMS numbers, the confirmation message shows the total number of recipients which does not correspond to the number of SMS messages that will be sent.

The message has now been updated to use the number of SMS messages that will be sent e.g. "You are about to send an SMS message to 3 recipients".
