Account Applications; new "SaveAudit" event added

A new event "SaveAudit" has been added to the Account Application Type Scripts.

This event allows you to add custom audits to the database.

Note, importantly the event occurs within the database transaction saving the Account Application. Obviously you should not attempt to save the Account Application within this event as it will cause a recursion error.
