Repossession Warning Notice document; added Expiry Date information

The sample Repossession Warning Notice document has been updated to include an Expiry Date section.

This has been added to comply with the CCCFA, Schedule 3A(j) the expiry date of the notice (see section 83G(4)) and a statement that the notice is of no effect after that date.

83G Creditor must serve repossession warning notice on debtor and other persons before taking possession of consumer goods (4) A repossession warning notice expires 60 days after it has been served on the debtor and, after that time, (a) the notice is of no effect; and (b) the creditor has no right to repossess the goods in reliance upon that notice.

The following section and text has been added:

EXPIRY DATE This notice expires 60 days after it has been served on you. After this time, the notice has no effect and the Creditor has no right to repossess the goods listed in this notice.
