New Messaging Interface; Add ability to reply to logs via SMS

The ability to reply to a log using the standard Send SMS form has been added to the New Messaging Interface (Beta).

A new Action "Via SMS" is available on log forms.

NOTE: Existing Actions have been renamed:

• Via Email: Via Email Document
• Via SMS: Via SMS Document

NOTE: You must specifically turn on the new interface in order to use this functionality.
