Global Settings, Cost Centres; Summary Page scripts updated to make easier to use

Under Global Settings, Cost Centres group, Scripts page, the list of Summary Page items has been enhanced as follows:

• Summary Pages are now grouped into sections such as Bank Account Enquiry Reports and Electronic Signature Reports.
• This also means the Description is simplified.
• Summary Pages did not factor in licensing and database country, i.e. always showed all items.

Note, Summary Pages need only be defined if you are overriding the standard Report.
